- New Toilets in dining hall bathrooms
- Repair/replace screens dorms/classrooms
- Build & install acoustic panels/dining hall
- Pressure wash concrete surfaces
- Clean dorm showers
- Split and stack firewood
- Trim branches up high with lift
- Dorm room check lists: smoke detector batteries, locks, coat racks, ladders, lights, heaters, outlets.
- Scotch Broom patrols
- Refresh Saimniece Trailer, Paint/drywall bathroom
- Stain Harijs deck
- Build fence around recycle pad
- Repair sidewalks – outsource to contractor
- Trim brush
- Replace florescent lights in pool house
- Refresh pool house dorm; new mattresses, discard old furniture
- Fill in road pot holes
