As of 4/13/2018, Kursa has 22 students registered, with 17 of them for the full 4 weeks. It is very exciting to see renewed interest in the program.
Recruitment of staff is in full swing, with many positions already filled. But one of the biggest gaps is finding a Kitchen Manager to keep Kursa happily fed for the 4 weeks.
